Join us a Fall Harvest Lunch, with NYWCA Member Airis Johnson, aka Airis the Chef, two-time competitor and winner of Chopped! Chef Airis will demonstrate how to make Jambalaya for us all to enjoy, along with other sumptuous foods that are reflective of the fall season, including smoked sausages from Edwards Virginia Smokehouse and produce from Misfits Market. Wine generously provided by Jacques Pelvas Brut, and cookware by Anolon.

Note that this is an outdoor lunch, on the rooftop of Amy’s Park Slope apartment building; please bring a sweater in case it’s chilly. In addition, the lunch will be cancelled if it rains.

4 Volunteers are needed:

1 for check in (will remain downstairs to let guest in)

1 for set up

1 for photos

1 for write up
