Asian & Asian Pacific Heritage Month Dumpling Making Party!

Thursday, May 26, 2021, 6:30 - 8:00 PM

Members $5, Non Members $10

Join NYWCA member, Jeannie Chen, and make dumplings with her! She’ll first speak about the history of dumplings. And then demonstrate how to make a homemade skin with a simple vegetarian filling and how to cook them. 

You can cook along with her as well.  Recipes and equipment list will be sent out  once you sign up.

Alliance co-founder Chef Sara Moulton will be moderating this culinary event.

This event will be held virtually via Zoom.

The link will be sent to attendees within 24 hours of the event.
